LOCKER REGISTRATION

Need a Locker? Fill out the form below to request one for your child. You will need your child's school email address to register for a locker.

CLASS DETAILS

For better support, Secondary School learners will have separate "Tutor Groups" (like homeroom in Primary) and "Teaching Groups" for different subjects. This means each learner gets:

Smaller Tutor Groups: They meet daily at 8:20 a.m. with their tutor, focusing on social and emotional wellbeing. A dedicated Year Leader coordinates and oversees pastoral care.

Dedicated Teaching Groups: These provide focused learning in specific subjects with specialist teachers.

We believe this system fosters both academic success and a strong support network for our Secondary School learners.

YEARS 7, 8 & 9

Small tutor groups for support & dedicated teaching groups for subject learning (most subjects have the same classmates throughout the year).

YEARS 10 & 11

Smaller year-level tutor groups for support. Subjects will have different groups based on chosen options.

YEARS 12 & 13

Small tutor groups for support. Lesson groups vary based on chosen subjects.

TEXTBOOKS

Most courses use a variety of resources, not a single textbook.

Years 7-9: Textbooks are not required. The school will provide any necessary materials.

Years 10-13: Some courses use textbooks. We've partnered with a bookstore to offer booklists:

Delivery Options:

Books can be delivered to school or your home address.  Order early through the link below!

BUDDY PROGRAMME

To help new learners settle in, we pair them with a friendly buddy at the start of the year. This helps them feel welcome and supported.

LEARNER DEVICES

Tech essentials for Secondary School!

Secondary Learners: Bring your charged MacBook or iPad daily.

Access school resources: Login to your school email account with the username and password you'll receive at the IT induction (week before school starts).

Connect to Wi-Fi: Use the same credentials to access the school's learner Wi-Fi.

Need your email address now? Find it in the iSAMS Parent Portal (Pupil Details section - username is the first part of the email address).

Personal mobile phones: To maximise learning and focus, we encourage all learners to keep their phones tucked away in their school bags during class time. This helps create a distraction-free environment where everyone can fully engage in lessons and activities.

Friday Free Time!

Each Friday, school finishes at 2:25 p.m for all of our learners.
