Welcome back to school! We're excited to kick off a new year of learning and growth on 12 August. Whether you're returning or new to our community, we're thrilled to have you!

What You Need To Know
GENERAL INFORMATION

8 AUGUST: ORIENTATION

Primary: 8am - 12pm
Secondary: From 10am
Venue: The Atrium
NOTE: All learners must wear their school uniform & bring their device for configuration.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
We're thrilled to kick off the new school year on the 12th of August! School starts at 8:20 a.m. Whether you're returning or joining our school family for the first time, we're excited to have you! Get ready for a year filled with learning, laughter, and making new friends. For specific start times please refer to the Primary & Secondary Pages.
LEARNER PASSPORTS & PASSES
New Learners: Submit a copy of your valid pass (e.g., Dependent Pass, Student Pass) before your first day.
Returning Learners: Ensure we have a copy of your renewed pass or passport.
Important: Singapore's EduTrust requires complete paperwork for enrolment.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
Lim's is our uniform supplier. Order uniforms online or visit their store.
Open on National Day until 6pm.

CAFETERIA MEALS
Order your child's meals through Compass using the button below. You'll need your child's class details and Learner ID number to place your order. If you do not have an account set up, please read these instructions from Compass Group/Chartwells.
PARENTS & CAREGIVER PASSES
School entry requires a pass for all parents/caregivers.
Returning without a pass? Kindly, fill in the form below.
New family? Passes will be made available during weeks 2-3 of school, we kindly ask you to please fill in the form below.
VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Register your vehicle for smooth entry (prevents delays!).
New vehicle? Update using the form below.
Parking decal for school hours? Grab one from Learner Services (Level 2).
CLASS DETAILS AND LOGINS
As you know we have transitioned to iSams. Class details & logins will be made available during the week of the 5th of August. We will keep you updated on the status.
PROBLEMS CONNECTING

EZLINK
From Year 3 onwards, your child's learner ID doubles as an EZLINK card. We recommend linking this card to your EZLINK app for easy top-ups. If your child loses their learner ID, they can use a regular EZLINK card to buy food in the school cafeteria. Please click the link for details.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (CCAs)
Signups for CCAs will only be available at the end of August. An email with a link will be sent to parents during the month of August.
NEXUS COMMUNITY GROUP (NCG)
The NCG is our parent organization, a warm and welcoming group of parents, guardians, teachers, and staff united by a shared goal: making Nexus a wonderful environment for everyone. Collaborating closely with the school, they arrange enjoyable events that highlight the remarkable diversity within our community. Picture international food festivals and cultural showcases. We also understand that relocating to Singapore can be overwhelming, so we provide a support network to help new families acclimate and become part of Nexus. Coffee's on Us!
Welcome Back to Nexus! Coffee & Conversation on the First Day!
To kick things off and help everyone reconnect, we're hosting a Welcome Coffee Morning on the first day of school.
Enjoy a complimentary coffee and some delicious treats while catching up with fellow parents.
Are you new to the Nexus community? We'd love to meet you! This Coffee Morning is a fantastic opportunity to introduce yourself, ask questions, and get a sense of our supportive parent group.
